I was at a funeral today and was asked about a Henry Skaggs that fought on the Missouri side against the federals. Buried at or around Otterville and was known for fighting around the Ste. Genevieve area......If you have any information, let us know. The interested party is wanting to put up a stone in memory of Henry Skaggs, as he has none at his grave site.
