My gg grandfather Oliver P. Williams was in this Regiment in June of 1861; also in the Cole County 43rd Regiment, Company H as a private, then held the rank of 1st Sargeant. Have some info on the other members, and the fact that they were mobilized for defense and participated in the defense of Jefferson City, as well as to provide service on the main line of the Pacific Railroad.

Any other information that someone might have will be gratefully appreciated.
