Re: 13th and 5th MSM cavalry(new)

I'm so glad this has come up! Apparently some (many?) of the 5th MSM cavalry were Nebraskans, esp. Companies C and D. At least four Nebraskans were killed at "Big Blue Missouri" or perhaps "Blue Springs Missouri" on/about 22 June, 1863 (possibly 8 Feb. '63?). Dyer's COMPENDIUM doesn't list this fight, since it doesn't seem to be mentioned in the O.R.s. Are there any details, or even general information, about this fight? The Nebraskans killed (and brought back to Nebraska for burial, there may have been others) were: Milton Ewing, and Frederick William Falskin (Co. C), and Jonas Vandeventer and George Randall (Co. D).
Thanks!
