I know this is an old post and I hope you are still on this thread.

I have an ancestor named William Dawson Breedlove who died 30 Oct 1862 and is buried in Pulaski County, Illinois. I can’t find much information on him. He was about 17 or 18 when he died (assuming in battle). His brother John Wyatt Breedlove was in the Union Army.
His unit was the 32nd Infantry Union Army.

I’m wondering if this is the same William Breedlove you are looking for?
