Singleton--Missouri State Guard/Battle of Centrali

I'm wondering if the Singleton under investigation was the same Singleton listed in an October 1861 newspaper article as being "Lt. Col. Singleton" of the 4th Regiment, 3rd Division, Missouri State Guard. The other field officers of that same regiment were listed as "Col. McKinney" and "Major Peacher."

Those three names are Boone County names. No first names were mentioned, but I'm thinking Peacher was likely Quinton Peacher, and McKinney was maybe Harvey McKinney? Anybody know?

My primary question though....is this Lt. Col. Singleton of the 1861 MSG maybe Middleton Singleton, and maybe the same Singleton who owned the farm from which Bill Anderson et al staged the Battle of Centralia in the aftermath of the Centralia Massacre?

And is anyone aware if any rosters of this regiment have ever surfaced?
