In hunting down George Morris's info I ran across Capt/Maj Ratcliff Fisher/Fischer. Morris is listed in the household of Fisher in Liberty MO working as a tailor. Fisher's rank was a KY miltia rank given to him before he moved from Ky to Missouri in 1851. There is an entry in the Provost Marshal files with a letter from Churchill White stating Fisher was involved in the Arsenal raid.
