Quantrill Picture

Found this article in the Leavenworth Bulletin for March 28, 1863:

"Quantrill: A very life like picture of Quantrill is on exhibition at Combs' Saloon, next door to Losee & Jennison's livery stable. It costs nothing to look at it and we suppose everybody will improve the opportunity of seeing the daring robber and highwayman." [I'm not sure what it means to "improve the opportunity".]

I wonder what images of Quantrill (and other guerrillas for that matter) were in circulation during the war. I wonder if Doc Jennison went into the saloon to look at this picture.
