Young Lampton was wounded in a skirmish near Concord in Callaway Co MO. Concord was a small community located around the Concord Presbyterian Church in NW Callaway county west of Auxvasse and east of present day Hatton. It was formed as a village in 1837 and had a post office up to 1904. The church remains at the corner of CoRd 245 and 282, North of route E west out of Auxvasse. MO

I should also point out that the two Lamptons inquired about are father and son.
