Cindy, Bruce, are we sure that G. W. Pervis of CTSG is supposed to be George Washington Purvis from the Monroe, Ralls Counties area and not George Van Buren Purvis who lived in Cole County during the 1850 census and in Clark Township during the 1860 census?

From what I've been finding, these folks all seem to be both neighbors and interrelated. Much like the Shumates, Hoskins, Bonds.

Cindy, you mention that John and Benjamin Clark were nephews to Fountain McKenzie. They're the sons of Ephraim Clark, and have a younger brother, Michael?

Question: Wouldn't Henry Clark, W. F. Clark, James F. Clark listed here likely be the sons of Michael D. Clark? A lot of these people are found on the 1850 & 1860 censuses, and on the 1860 census are all listed in Clark Township.

Hiram Rives lived in Clark Township on the 1860 census. In the 1850 census (Hiram Revis) it showed he had a 9yo son, James J Revis.

32yo William Russell on the 1860 census, Clark Township.

I've been unable to find much on the Connards and Ridges.

Other questions directed towards me, both here and offline, I'll attempt to address in the near future. Outside of work, been unable to do much else.
