Morton's and Brumble's in the Civil War

Hello, I have 4 brothers that were in the Civil War. Alan and Daniel Morton joined on the same day, one shows service and the doesn't, Allen and Daniel Morton show joining the Osage Co. Home Guards under Capt. Harris as Pvt. in company A enlisted on June 6 1861. Allen shows "disbanded" on Oct. 5th 1861. On Daniels in remarks it says "Graves. to IND Co,. Aug. 27 1861. Can you help explain what that means and maybe what happened to them?
Then I have Jesse G Morton in K company Coleman Reg't Cav. Vols. CSA Captain William Nicks or Hicks Union record shows captured at Westport Mo. Oct. 23 1864 and released at Camp Morton, IND May 22, 1865. I would like to know any information about his company, what brought about there capture and why they were taken to Camp Morton IN. Also broth David was in too.
Does this mean they were on opposite sides?

My other one is John Brumble 28 Reg't E M M company A under Capt. E W Anderson Enrolled 1- 1862 Linn, MO Ordered into service 1864 in Linn, MO and relieved of duty 1864 In remarks I think it says "roll shows no service.
Any info you have would be appreciated or if you know of places I can look to see if these guys were in any battles, skirmishes, etc. Or just any info on the Regiments
Thank you,
Stephanie Morton
