Greg,
Only flag I can find reference for is the Bowen pattern flag. In a book titled "The Flags of The Civil War" by Glen Dedmondt it shows Pindall's flag and the following caption; "one of five flags made by the ladies of Federally occupied New Orleans and smuggled through the lines to be given to Gen. Sterling Price. They were issued to the Missouri Brigade in the spring of 1863."
