Little Sugar Creek enlistments 11th MO Inf

I am putting together of roster of Civil War Johnson County, Arkansas soldiers.
As part of this effort I am including those soldiers who died in that county during the Civil War.

7 soldiers of the 11th Missouri Infantry Regiment (CS) died in Johnson County. 4 from Company F and three from Company K. All during Dec 1862-Jan 1863 as they made their toward Little Rock in the weeks following Prairie Grove.

For one of the soldiers, his CSR lists his enlistment place as Little Sugar Creek.

Newton Co., Missouri is the origin for most of the soldiers in these companies, but there were a few enlistment occurring, about the same time, from both Marion Co., Arkansas and McDonald Co., Missouri.

My problem is, should I categorize the enlistment as having taken place in Arkansas or Missouri? Or simply leave that blank because I am unsure.....
