There are four pension papers listed, three for Elizabeth and one for Ada. I have never ordered pension papers, but would assume that each of the numbers listed apply to one, single set of documents. Therefore, you would be ordering four.

None-the-less, if you specify each by number, you should receive all four and I would assume you pay for four.

My assumption is that pensions were allowed if a Certificate No. is listed.
