Junghaus served with the 3rd MO Infantry and was killed at Resaca. At the time of disinterrment at Resaca Chas was disacovered to be female. Census for 1860 in MO and ILL do not a match. There are many variations of the surname spelling. She is buried at Chattanooga. Any help would be appreciated in trying to locate and ID this soldier.
