Damon: Gen Ord No. 3, Dated 24 Mar 1862, at Camp Ben McCulloch, disbanding Hart's Arkansas Battery, appears at page 171, in the Letter and Order book, Missouri State Guard, 1861-1862, the original of which is in the Missouri State Museum, Jefferson City, MO.

It probably appears in other order books as well, but this is at least one source.
