Just to add to what Bruce said. If you want to know exactly when they are released check the publisher's website for each book's page every so often:

Unlike many publishers, McF is very good about updating the release status of books on their website. So look for when "Not Yet Published, Available Fall/Winter 2013" changes to "Available for immediate shipment"!
