Total fatalities from MO guerrilla warfare?

Has anyone attempted a tabulation of known casualties (as in killed) of the guerrilla warfare in Missouri during the war? Perhaps when Bruce Nichols' 1864/65 book is released, it can be combined with his 1862 and 1863 books to arrive at some sort of tally. It would be challenging to even classify some of them. The distinction between soldier/guerrilla/recruiter/civilian was frequently blurry or disputed. This would be separate from actual battle fatalities, except when executions were carried out (sometimes by guerrillas, sometimes of guerrillas or accused guerrillas, etc.)
