Does anyone know when the title Missouri Pacific became the official name for this railroad? I have found several Missouri Pacific Railroad items in some 1864 Confederate Missouri camps in Arkansas and I'm trying to determine if these items were lost by returning veterans in 1899 and 1908, or were they used in the war.
