The residences at Leavenworth are still standing, although entry to them is not allowed. Most are not in the best of conditions. I saw them myself last month. A beautiful chapel is across the street. Entry to it is allowed. I am happy to recommend The High Noon Saloon in downtown Leavenworth for food and beverage.
