What primary documentation is there to prove that Fletch Taylor served in the Mo. state legislature? I checked the historical listing of state reps on the website of
the state archives and could not find his name. I know that Taylor was a city councilman in Joplin, but I've begun to wonder whether the story about his being a state rep is mere legend.
