a friend's grandfather, Osburn Moore, a Confederate soldier, in battle near Hartville, MO, D. Jan. 11, 1863 due to wounds in his hip. He was in the calvary under Porter, enlisted at Palmyra, MO. The family got notification he had been killed but no burial site. The family thinks he was buried at a cross roads near Lebanon, MO, but they have no further information. Hope someone can help her.
