Alan, was the Schuyler County Cavalry organized in 1861? Family history mentions a Col. Franklin so I would guess this would be right.Unfortunately, I have found no record of Ezekiel Bennett, Jr. in available MSG records although I am certain he served there. Was the Schuyler County cav at Wilson's Creek or Pea Ridge?
