It seems that Martha Muir Yeager must have returned to Jackson County before Oct 18, 1866! She married her second husband, Edward F. West, on that date! If one checks Martha's Death Certificate, one finds that the informant was none other than her daughter... I would not be inclined to put any credit in said report!
