Keith; I concur the Dyer table looks significantly better than the Kansas AG table. Makes better sense and the numbers seem to add up. I guess any time we see the Kansas suffered more statement it should be followed by the foot note "according to Kansans..." This could be a case of the "bleeding Kansas" mythology that was trumpeted in the contemporanous press and elswhere before, during, and immediately after the war. Not to restart the war with above statments, but to the victor go the spoils etc.
