My Great Grandfather, Rueben Garrett or Greene County Missouri, served under Capt. Headly as a member of the EMM, 1862 - 1864. I'm looking for any possible documents, correspondence or pictures that he or others may have regarding their service in the EMM. I'm trying to get a better picture of where they may have participated in skirmishes or battles, how they served and lived. Any infommation regarding this would be tremendously appreciated. I have found very sketchy information about the units he served in.
