Hello All,

I need some help or advice. I was just given a big binder full of family history. I am happy to report that I have come across two direct Confederate descendents from Missouri. I only have their names and rank and am hoping some benevolent researcher can point me in a direction to find more information on them. Their names are Isaac Cobb (Captain) and Alvin J. Cobb (Colonel). Supposeldy both, or possibly just Alvin, fought under Price.

Though a student of the Army of Tennessee and Western Theatre of Operations I am not too familiar with Missouri troops. If you can help me run these two names to ground I would appreciate it so much!
