You are seeing the same info as I have, The Jackson County History indicates John Wigginton married Mary Ann Gillet, confirmed by the Chariton county marriage record. What I can't find anywhere except in various un-sourced family trees is where Mary Anne Gillet is one and the same as Mary Anne Fristoe. Several of those trees on Ancestry.com and elsewhere refer to McCorkle's book. I haven't been able to document Mary Anne Fristoe previously being married to a Gillet/Gullet/Gullie with anything close to a primary source. Thus the confusion/concern. I suspect the spelling of both last names may be at the root of the problem so I search on.
