I have a friend in Massachusetts that has come into possession of a late 1800's/early 1900's ladies jacket that has, "CVA" stitched on the shoulder, and "AUX" stitched on the breast of the jacket. Would anyone happen to know what organization this jacket may have belonged to? I am sure the "AUX" is auxiliary, but I am unsure as to what the "CVA" might designate.
