Four companies were present at this picnic; "Armstrong Guards.
Waterproof Guards, Texas Rangers and the Cavalry."
After a flag was presented to the Armstrong Guards....
"Miss M. R. Pickings" presented a flag to the Waterproof Guards.
The flag was "received by John Turnbull" who handed it to
"Ensign Penny".

Beginning to think that this is a "Home Guard" company.
