In January 1863, under the new militia law, three brigadiers were to be appointed. These were Generals Pratt, Vick and Randolph. By February, Gen. Randolph had resigned leaving just two brigadiers.

I am aware of John G. Pratt and Thomas E. Vick but does anybody know who Gen. Randolph was?
