I agree to all of this and not much can be contested,but, Ile Copal was Alexandre's house ( he d. 1885) . Did Alfred's family exist there as a 'commune of sorts',or,did Alfred own a farm at Carencro, and, if so,where was this farm located ,and, did his wife and 5 children live there when he is killed at Mansfield ?
