Thanks to Terry, I found these two books at the Historic New Orleans Collection's Williams Research Center. These are post-war transcriptions. They are arranged by first letter of last name. However, within each letter group, the arrangement of names is not alphabetical, so, for instance if your "target's" name begins with M, you must look through all the M entries. Also, the book of Registered Enemies has addresses, while the oath-taker's list does not.
