Thank you, this is a step in the right direction. To be more specific, I am looking for the list of persons who took the oath just after the occupation of New Orleans. My understanding is that anyone who took the oath would not have his property confiscated. In some instances, property owners were absent and thus got no chance to take or refuse the oath, and their property was confiscated. Some time ago I found a list of persons whose property had been confiscated, which is the inverse, if you will, of what I'm looking for. Thanks again. If/when I find the list i will notify the group.
