The only map found in the Atlas to Accompany the Official Records of the Union and Confederate Armies is that at:

Plate 52-1, Title Valley of the Red River, La. from Mississippi River to Shreveport, Illustrating the campaign under Major-General N. P. Banks in the spring of 1864 prepared to accompany his report from information furnished by Col. John S. Clark, A. D. C., in the Engineer Bureau, War Department, Jan. 1865

I believe you would need to read the campaign report to follow the action. There are no battle lines shown, instead there are four crossed flags locations depicted which must indicate individual actions, two of which are dated.

Depicted at Simsport is written "Gen A. J. Smith comd. detachments 16 and 17 Corps landed March 13, about 4 miles NW there is noted Forts and also and undated set of flags.

A set of flags is located at Marksville and just above noted Fort de Russ and just below the notation captured March 14. Alexandria is shown occupied March 16th. A set of flags is shown at Henderson's Hill with the notation March 21. And finally, a set of flags just north of Monett's Bluff with notation April 23
