Note: I do not find a record for him in any of the referenced units.

Jennie L. Wiggs, widow of Irwin T. Wiggs, filed for a Tennessee Confederate Widow's pension, #W9029, as a resident of Marshall County, Tenn.

Her application papers should shed further light on his military service
