I have searched through all of my 8th La. company rosters and do not find anyone by that name or really close to it other than the Johnson that was from Co. H. My question would be: Did he get the pension and do you have a copy of the file? He may have enlisted while in Virginia but he is not showing on any pay musters or record rolls. Would like to know any more you can provide about him. Thanks,
