I stand corrected. Capt. Emelius Woods Fuller most certainly was skipper of "Queen of the West" when she was captured. My apologies.
The book I was referring to is titled "Capt. E. W. Fuller, CSA: St. Martin Rangers, CSS Cotton, CSS Queen of the West." It was written by George Michael Broussard and was self-published. As far as I know, the only way to get one is to get one from George. It is spiral bound, 80 pages. I have his contact information somewhere and will see if I can find it.
