I think you mean Francis Rawle (aka Frank Rawle) vice Frank Rawl. Rawle was Captain of the Louisiana Guards Co. C in the 1st Regiment of La Vol Inf before the company was transfered to the 1st Battalion of Special Infantry. Rawles was promoted to Major as a Quarter Master.
