This might give you a start:

1863 Overland Expedition books:
Edmonds, David. Yankee Autumn in Acadiana: A Narrative of the Great Overland Expedition Through Southwestern Louisiana, October-December 1863. 1987
Edmonds, David C., ed. The Conduct of Federal Troops in Louisiana During the Invasions of 1863 and 1864. 1988
Lowe, Richard G. The Texas Overland Expedition of 1863. 1998

Red River Campaign books:
Anders, Curt. Disaster in Damp Sand.
Brooksher, William Riley. War Along the Bayous: The 1864 Red River Campaign in Louisiana. 1998
Joiner, Gary D. – at least four different good recent books on the Red River Campaign
Johnson, Ludwell H. Red River Campaign: Politics and Cotton in the Civil War. 1958
Joint Committee on the Conduct of the War. Red River Expedition Report of the Joint Committee on the Conduct of the War.
Mayeux, Steven M. Earthen Walls, Iron Men: Fort DeRussy, Louisiana and the Defense of Red River. 2007

I'm sure there are others, but these are off the top of my head. In addition, there are dozens of regimental histories, diaries, etc that cover the Red River Campaign, but are not specifically about the Red River Campaign. The bibliographies in the above books should steer you to these.
