Clifford: Yes, I think that he was associated with the Yellow Jacket brigade, and no, I have not seen a service record. One report that I've heard was that he died near Mansfield and was buried there. Another that he was sent to a hospital near Monroe, La., then died and was buried there. Thanks for the reply. B. L.
