Thanks for letting me know about Oachita having a copy of his diary! I had run across parts of his diary quoted in a book and it indicated that the diary was at Vicksburg. I would LOVE to see the copy. Do you know if there is any way to get a copy of the book made and sent to me (I have not dealt much with libraries re: Genealogy). I'm in AZ and cannot get out there. Any tips appreciated!!!
