Sorry for the delay.....I found the picture I was referring to and realize that it is a picture of Civil War Veterans of Winn Parish, which includes a only a few members of the 28th LA Infantry. They are: Jesse Womack, Robert C. Jones, John J. Dickerson, Morris Bernstein, and Phillip Bernstein.
