I would commend to all who are interested an article in the forthcoming issue of "Civil War Times Illustrated" by Michael Musick, formerly of the Old Military Records Branch of the National Archives. Mike purchased an unidentified image that in all likelihood is of Roberdeau Wheat in the 1850s.
