George Willis Kemp - Civil War

My four times great grandfather was George Willis Kemp. He was born abt 1838. He married Nancy Isabella Rogers on March 20, 1860 in Adair, Kentucky. They had their first child in 1861 and did not have another until 1866, leaving me to believe he may have been off in the war. I have been looking for his and her grave location for what seems like a long time, and I have been looking in Texas, because family says he died in Texas in 1904 (I don't have a date either). There is a Willis Kemp in Tarters Cemetery in Kentucky. The only writing on his marker "Willis Kemp" "Company D 13th Kentucky Infantry" Link below. Do you know if there is a way to find out if this is the same person. Also, my George Willis Kemp had a sister named Martha and she is in the Tarters Cemetery. I am not sure how to find information on this gentleman because there are no dates on his marker. Thank you for taking the time to read this!
