Hello...Sy Bridges was my Great, Great Grandfather and I have some correct information concerning his service in the civil war and would really like to get it corrected here if possible. Although it was first thought he had deserted in Paris, Tn he later proved he was actually wounded in battle in Pulaski, TN in 1864 and then paroled in Memphis, TN in 1865 and did in fact have his pension rejection reversed and did end up receiving his pension. I have all of the documents to back this up and prove it in a PDF file but I do not know how to add it here. If you will please contact me I can email you this PDF file with all of the documents to prove this information.

Thank you,
Bryant Brown
