Does anyone have, or know of a list of (CS)Tennessee units with large groups of KY troops in them? I have read that in several TN units entire companies were from KY. I'm interested in the names/numbers of any such unit, but particulary those that fought in Kirby Smith's/Bragg's 1862 Campaign. I know many men from the 12th Tennessee were Kentuckians, and some say that Co.E of the 12th was made up almost exclusively of Kentucky troops. I have heard the same about the 14th, 21st, and 30th Tenn Inf, as well as many of the 7th Tenn Cavalry Battalion's troopers were from the Bluegrass(many in Co.A). I'd appreciate any help that I could get with this. Thanks alot.
