Searching for letters, journals, and other personal documents referencing the life and military service of Hiram Jarvis, who served during the Civil War as a private in Company F of the 108th U.S. Colored Infantry. He enlisted in the regiment at Louisville, Kentucky, on June 27, 1864. He survived the war and filed for an invalid pension in 1889. Any and all help appreciated.
