On May 20.2009 Civil War veteran Edward knight alias Parker's grave site was marked with a veterans headstone in Good Hope cemetery in Ky. near Nortonville,Ky. he was in the Ky.Union Army, 48th, Infantry co. H, from Sept 30, 1863 to Dec 17. 1864. His family is happy He was honored him with the military headstone. he died april 24, 1916. his widow was Rachel Jane(Dunning) Knight.
