The Microfilm you reviewed was on a National Archives roll of the Compiled Service Records of Soldiers from the State of Kentucky.

The specific card:

"Reference Card

See Manuscript No. 498 page ............

Prisoner

Dated - Jan 12 1862"

The referenced card should be within the records at the National Archives most likely maintained by the Old Army Archivists there.

I am not presently aware if they would respond to a request to copy for you. But, I have previously visited there and was able to view obscure records such as this.
