Does anybody have any info on a W. R> Bowman in CO. G of the 6th Kentucky Cavalry? I have an ancestor named W. R. BOwman who had no children during the war and then had a child in 1867 named Stonewall Bowman. William R. lived in Danville, Ky. I know the 6th cav had several compnaies from Boyle. I am tring to get my dad into the SCV.
